The United Arab Emirates is keen to host the 2010 edition the Asia Cup after the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) said the next tournament would be held in a non test-playing country, reports Reuters. The UAE is hoping its sizable ethnic South Asian population and its state-of-the art facilities will win them the rights to stage the competition, contested by Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Hong Kong, UAE and Sri Lanka, who won this year's edition. |
