Tigers Reach Barbados

The Bangladesh cricket team reached Barbados on Tuesday to play two Tests, three one-day internationals as well as a Twenty20 international against the West Indies.

The Tigers landed around 1:45pm local time (00:45am Bangladesh Standard Time on Tuesday), said a BCB press release on Wednesday.

The players had a recovery session at the beach adjacent to the Accra Beach Resort where they are staying.

Bangladesh will open the tour with a three-day practice match against West Indies A at the Kensington Oval on June 3 before taking on the hosts in the first Test, which starts in St Vincent on July 9.

Both sides will move to Granada to play the second and final Test on July 17.

The one-day internationals are scheduled for July 26, 28 and 31. The lone Twenty20 is on August 2 before the team heads off to Zimbabwe to play in a five-match ODI series in Bulawayo.
