Charges of abetting in corruption Staff Correspondent The High Court Wednesday exempted six people from the cases that involve charges of abetting their relatives in corruption in five cases filed by the Anticorruption Commission. They are former foreign minister M Morshed Khan's wife Nasrin Khan, daughter-in-law Shama Shajnin Khan, Dhaka city ward commissioner Abdul Quaiyum's wife Shamim Ara Begum, former AL MP Kamal Ahmed Majumder's wife Shahida Kamal, daily Jugantor owner Nurul Islam Babul's son Shamim Islam and former state minister Ruhul Quddus Talukder Dulu's wife Sabina Yasmin. |
