Recently a meeting was jointly organized by the authority of Independent Bangladesh and Commercial Times with the help of Mr. Omar kaiser (BHORER KOGOJ, Beuro Chief, Chittagong, Bangladesh) last Sunday Jan 04, 2008 at a local hall and agreed to extend the scope of the joint development work. In the meeting it was emphasized that collaborative approaches to engaging the public and assessing the impacts of readers can improve the quality of decision-making and increase public trust and confidence in agency decisions. By engaging relevant expertise, including scientific and technical expertise, and knowledge of a local resource, a collaborative body can reach a more informed agreement and advise decision-makers accordingly. Similarly, the diversity of perspectives, transparency and openness of collaborative processes tend to encourage creative thinking, which can also lead to more informed decisions. In accordance of Mr. Omar Kaiser, Setting short- and long-term goals and priorities for your digital future require collaboration with those who will be responsible for carrying out the blueprint you are writing: reporters, photographers, editors, publishers, readers and others. Following recent collaboration have now been digitized and indexed as part of an exciting pilot project to create this Online Newspaper more resourceful, readable to restore its previous renowned form.
