University, Bangladesh will hold its 12th convocation Sunday, IUB said in a statement, reports agency.

The convocation will start at 11am at Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Centre, to be chaired by president Iajuddin Ahmed, chancellor of the university.

Education adviser Hossain Zillur Rahman will attend the ceremony as special guest. Charles L Choguill, a professor of urban planning at King Saud University, Saudi Arabia, will deliver the convocation speech.

This year, 547 students will receive their degree at the convocation.
