As announced by the Chief Adviser Monday, the government will Tuesday start sending out letters inviting the political parties to the dialogue starting May 22, said the education and commerce adviser Hossain Zillur Rahman Tuesday.

"We are advancing step by step towards holding the dialogue. To make the proposed dialogue successful, the Chief Adviser addressed the nation yesterday (Monday).

We'll start sending the formal invitations out today (Tuesday) and hope to hold the dialogue as scheduled," said Rahman.

Asked if the dialogue would be possible in the backdrop of the political parties expressing their dissatisfaction over the CA's speech delivered Monday, he said: "Different people or groups are likely to pass different comments on the speech."

"But we're moving forward gradually, as and when required, as people in general and the political parties have shown eagerness to interact with us through the process. The government is also marching forward while fulfilling people's aspirations and we hope we'll be successful," said the adviser.

Earlier, the CA while addressing the nation Monday night announced the start date for the formal dialogue to be held with the political parties. He also mentioned sending out invitation letters to the political parties from his office.
