Members of German parliament to visit Bangladesh PDF Print E-mail

A six-member delegation of Germany's parliament will arrive in Dhaka on March 26, to discuss development issues and the political situation ahead of the upcoming elections, the German embassy said in a statement Tuesday.

The Committee for Economic Cooperation and Development, headed by lawmaker Thilo Hoppe, will spend four days in the country.

The team will meet the advisers for foreign affairs and finance and commerce, the economic relations division secretary and politicians of major political parties, among others, said the statement.
