Muslims across the country observed Akheri Chahar Shamba on Wednesday marking the recovery of Prophet Mohammad from prolonged illness.

In the capital, Azimpur Dayera Shariff Khankah observed ‘Shokrana Dibas’ with daylong programmes, including doa and milad mahfil. Rings with special doa were also distributed among the devotees.

The present Pir Shaheb of the Dayera Shariff, Al Haj Moulana Shah Sufi Syed Ahmad Ullah (Zubair) gave message for all of his disciples and asked them to follow the right path of Sunna and devote themselves as the real lovers of Prophet Mohammad.

He also led a munajat and prayed for the well being of all the devotees as well as the mankind.
