Abu Naser Mohammad Rahmatullah, presidium member of the Bangladesh Jatiya Party's faction led by MA Matin, has been appointed the party's acting secretary general.

The party's chairman, MA Matin, on Monday appointed him according to the power given to him by the party's constitution.

The central, city and leaders of the party's front organisations congratulated the party's chairman for appointing Rahmatullah, a good organiser, as the party's acting secretary-general.
