UNB, Dhaka Within a span of 22 days, another road crash left four Bangladeshi workers dead and two others injured in Saudi Arabia on Friday. A government handout Sunday said the workers were going to Jijan from Riyadh when the accident occurred at Abha on their way. The deceased were Saiful Islam, M Siddiqur Rahman, Mohammad Emran and Tofazzal Hossain. The injured are Shafiqul Islam and Babul Ahmed. The foreign adviser, Iftekhar Ahmed Chowdhury, expressed his shock at the death of the Bangladeshi workers. In a condolence message on Sunday, the adviser also prayed for salvation of the departed souls and conveyed sympathies to the bereaved families. A road accident in Saudi Arabia on January 31 left 12 Bangladeshi construction workers killed and 14 others injured. |
