UNB, Dhaka

A Bangladesh delegation went on a weeklong visit to Australia Friday to seek Australian investment in country's different sectors.

The executive chairman of the Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority, Brigadier General Ashraf A Yussuf, and director general, Chief Adviser's Office, HM Farhad included the delegation.

Ashraf A Yussuf will present keynote paper on investment opportunities in Bangladesh at a workshop to be organised by University of South Australia, Adelaide on February 19.

The delegation along with Acting Bangladesh High Commissioner to Australia Mohammad Restadul Islam will meet officials of different companies and potential investors from non-resident Bangladeshis and discuss matters seeking investment in Bangladesh.
