Global Online Services Limited, a corporate IT solution company of Texas Group, has re-branded its name aamra Network Limited.

The IT venture, which also introduced a new logo, organised a daylong programme to celebrate the inauguration of its new brand name at its office at the Faruq Rupayan Tower in the city on Wednesday.

aamra is the Bangla word for ‘we’, said Syed Iftekharuddin Ahmed, manager, brand planning and development, adding they believe that by harnessing the strength of togetherness with all their stakeholders they will be able to surmount any obstacle on their path.

Although their company has a new name, all other aspects of their company will remain the same, he said.

The name of Texas group, a conglomerate of 13 concerns, has also been re-branded ‘aamra group’. aamra Network provides internet services and other IT solutions to around 400 corporate clients
