The Monirampur police in Jessore seized Sunday morning four grenades, a light machine gun and 248 bullets abandoned in a place at Balianpur in the upazilas.

The police station officer-in-charge, Ali Azam, said some children first saw a grenade when they were playing in a field and they informed the police of the matter.
